Willy: Hola!, Thanks for having me here! I am very excited to share my story with you. I have admired hotels since a young age. Nowadays we live in a travel-advanced world. It is easy to get to different destinations. For me it always has been important to offer my biggest smile and best quality service to visitors. I connected this interest with becoming a passionate hotelier.
My company Hobal Luxury Collection is working on increasing brand recognition and revenue generation. We connect luxury destinations to partners in Europe and work on different strategies to bring luxury hotels on a next level.
How can the hotel industry thrive during the pandemic?
Willy:The world is shut but not business marketing. This is one of the best opportunities for the travel industry to improve and promote their product. Yes, I understand that people are not able to travel intentionally and have numerous lockdowns in their cities. Because of these reasons millions of people spend hours on social media, striving to discover interesting content.
This is why I prefer to say this is one of the most beneficial times to concentrate on marketing and generate interest in travelers. Throughout this period, hotel owners can promote their services to build an engaging community to stay connected with the potential guest.
Leverage social media to reach targeted audiences and provide promo code/ discount. As soon as the lockdown will be over, the hotel will have a continuous flow of guests and your business will thrive.

Start with what you have or find the investor to fund the business and make the proper strategy that will draw customers.
